Training Developer

A company is looking for a Training Developer (BID).

Key Responsibilities

Identify stakeholders' business and system requirements and translate them into training materials

Develop presentations, videos, and web-based content for training purposes

Utilize various training delivery methods to effectively engage learners

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience (or 8 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of education)

Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the U.S

Experience with adult learning theory and training delivery methods

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Captivate, and video creation tools

Familiarity with content management systems for training material distribution
