Expert Web Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

ADMFA AUDIO is looking for a creative, results-driven Web Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist who can take full ownership of our online presence — from website design and e-commerce to SEO, social media, and lead generation. You’ll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing our digital ecosystem to drive visibility, engagement, and sales across all our business divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage modern, responsive websites for ADMFA Audio using WordPress and Elementor.
• Work with HTML, CSS, and JSON to create and manage advanced page templates and custom web components.
• Optimize website SEO — structure, metadata, schema, and content — to increase organic reach and search ranking.
• Integrate Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google My Business for data tracking and visibility.
• Develop online sales funnels, lead capture systems, and contact automation tools.
• Manage product and rental listings, pricing pages, and event ticket integrations.
• Coordinate website visuals, copywriting, and layout for both desktop and mobile experiences.
• Maintain website speed, security, and regular content updates.
• Collaborate with leadership on branding, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of web design or digital marketing experience (WordPress and Elementor experience required).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JSON-based file management.
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO, keyword targeting, and content optimization.
• Experience with Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, and business verification tools.
• Knowledge of lead generation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar).
• Graphic design experience using Canva, Photoshop, or Figma a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple websites and update landing pages for events, rentals, and products.
• Excellent communication, time management, and project tracking skills.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Location: Hybrid or Remote (Houston-based preferred).
• Compensation: $24–$30/hour or salary equivalent, based on experience.
• Performance bonuses available for lead conversion and sales growth.
