Position Overview

The Showroom Experience Coordinator ensures that every guest is welcomed warmly assisted promptly and directed efficiently. The ideal candidate is poised attentive detail-oriented and comfortable engaging with luxury clientele in a fast-paced retail individual will manage showroom flow incoming calls client check-ins and administrative support functions while maintaining an elegant and organized front-of-house presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all showroom guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Direct clients appropriately to sales consultants and management
• Manage incoming calls and route them efficiently
• Maintain a clean organized and welcoming reception area
• Assist with appointment check-ins and guest coordination
• Support sales team with administrative tasks as needed
• Monitor client traffic and communicate showroom activity to leadership
• Uphold Mercedes-Benz brand standards in presentation and communication

Qualifications

• Prior front desk hospitality or customer service experience preferred
