Raytheon is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) who will be responsible for managing supply chain tasks in support of the Naval Standard Missile Systems (NSMS) production portfolio located onsite in Tucson, Arizona.

As a Material Program Manager, you will be the liaison between the program and the supply base, working to ensure material requirements are met for a franchise production program. The selected candidate will be a key member of a specific Hardware Management Team (HMT) as the supply chain lead, working to develop and support material strategies for key factories / value streams within the program.

Key responsibilities to anticipate include the following : development and implementation of material strategies, developing material forecasts and estimates at complete (EACs), ensuring suppliers meet cost and schedule requirements, developing and implementing risk mitigation plans for material constraints, evaluating metrics to monitor the health of the supply base, and supplier assessments.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
