As a Dental Practice Manager you will oversee daily operations ensuring seamless employee and patient relations while driving operational efficiency. The role is responsible for managing office profit and loss including scheduling staff productivity collections receivables and expense management. Additionally you will support business growth through sales marketing and promotional initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead office personnel streamline workflows and oversees essential administrative functions such as financial reporting payroll and banking to maintain a well-organized and high-performing practice.
