SUMMARY / SCOPE : May work in any area of Maintenance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Includingassisting a Maintenance Technician with HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Paintingand Grounds / Properties.
Mayalso assist in room set-ups and furniture moving as well as any other dutiesrequired by the University.
Facilities : may include room set-ups and tear downs, athletic events, moving furniture,Summer Camps, and all other needs of the University.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Push,pull and lifting may be necessary for some job duties.
Occasionallifting may be required.
