We are seeking dedicated Shift Leads who can help bridge the
gap between our Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) teams, ensuring
smooth operations and an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Organize shift schedules and assign duties to
  team members across BOH and FOH.
• Foster communication between kitchen staff and
  front-line employees to ensure cohesive teamwork.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and
  manage conflicts with professionalism.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, including
  health and safety standards.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare deposits.
• Open and close the restaurant as needed.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Saigon Hustle’s
  culture and operations.
• Uphold the cleanliness and safety of the
  restaurant.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to
  motivate and lead a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and
  written, to foster collaboration between BOH and FOH.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational
  abilities.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for
  teamwork.
• Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities
  in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and consistent
  attendance.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred, especially
  those fluent in Spanish.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for
  extended periods.
