Immediate Opening : CDL Class A Local Truck Driver Location : Brownstown, MI Pay Rate : $23 per hour with OT after 40 hours. Type : Temp-to-Hire

Schedule : -Working Days : Days will vary until trained. -Start Time : Third shift starting at 7PM -Hours : 10-12 Hours per day.

Position Overview : -Delivering hospital linen at multiple medical facilities. -Un / loading laundry carts. -Establish professional relationships with customers and provide quality customer service. -Operating the company vehicle safely and responsibly. -Complete all necessary paperwork.

Miscellaneous : -This is a touch freight position. Must be able to push / pull laundry carts weighing up to 700 lbs. -Must be available to drive nights, weekends, and holidays. Driver will be trained on various routes. -Excellent customer service skills are required. -Proper and thorough Pre and Post trips are crucial. -Must be self-directed, self-motivated, confident, and decisive. -Must have knowledge of DOT regulations, Electronic Logging Devices, and Hours of Service rules.

Qualifications : -Valid CDL Class A License. -At least 1+ years of recent and verifiable CDL Class A driving experience. -Valid DOT Medical Card. -Clean MVR. -Ability to pass pre-employment screenings. -Clean Criminal Background. -No Clearinghouse violations.
