Role Summary
The Customer Administrator role will play a critical role in supporting our customer organization and advancing a best-in-class customer experience across our avocado business. This role partners closely with Customer, Supply chain, Operations, Logistics, Ripening, Finance, and emerging E-commerce initiatives to ensure seamless execution from order to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to the customer team
- Process, verify and enter orders into the system and ensure accuracy
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues or concerns
- Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations
- Coordinate with shipping, supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Support sales representatives in managing client accounts and communication concerning adjustments and changes to orders
- Maintaining Westfalia customer service standards
Requirements
Previous experience in a produce sales support or customer service role preferredStrong communication skills, both written and verbalProficient in using CRM software preferably Produce Pro and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritise tasks effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressureDesirable
Previous experience in the Fresh Produce industry would be advantageousBenefits
