Security Team Leader

We are currently seeking an experienced Security Team Leader who is passionate about ensuring safety and security for our clients. This role encompasses supervising a diverse team including security officers, concierge officers, and special event security personnel.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations and performance of security staff.
• Implement security protocols and procedures to enhance safety measures.
• Provide leadership and motivation to the security team.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular training and development sessions for staff.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively.
