Veterinary Receptionist

Urban Pet Hospital is looking to fill multiple positions as a receptionist. Experience is required. We are looking to hire long-term positions only. An outstanding Veterinary Receptionist will provide comfort to human and animal clients when in distress. You should ensure that our office remains presentable at all times.

Responsibilities :

• Avimark software.
• Multiple phone lines.
• Emails, follow-up calls, and scanning duties.
• Downloading requisitions.
• Downloading and attaching medical records, rad reports, etc.
• The ability to multitask is a must!
• Flexible schedule.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Does well under pressure.

Requirements :

We are open 7 days a week 8 : 00 am-8 : 00 pm. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Medical benefits are offered for full-time employees.
