Tax Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to serve as a senior financial advisor to closely held businesses. This client-facing role extends beyond traditional tax compliance—you'll act as a strategic partner to business owners while collaborating across accounting, wealth advisory, IT, marketing, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee tax engagements for S corporations, partnerships, and individuals

Review and compile financial statements for clients in manufacturing, engineering, construction, and related industries

Conduct monthly meetings with business owners to develop and track KPIs

Integrate tax strategies with long-term financial planning alongside our wealth advisory team

BS degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's in Taxation preferred)

Active CPA license

5-7 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting

Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations

Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
