Gateway Rehab has an outstanding opportunity for a PRN who is responsible for providing substance use treatment and case management services for assigned patients in our Waynesburg, PA location. This position receives regular supervision and instruction.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes and promotes trauma-informed treatment through the provision of evidence-based practices.
• Participates in developing the patient’s treatment plan and outcomes in cooperation with the treatment team.
• Provides direct therapeutic services consisting of individual, group, and / or family therapy dependent on the patient's needs.
• Makes ongoing assessments regarding the patient’s progress in treatment and revises the treatment plan according to patient needs.
• Completes clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Establishes and maintains contact and relationships with referral sources related to patient caseload.
• Plans for continuing care of patient and makes appropriate referrals.
• Monitors and completes insurance authorizations for patient caseload.
• Provides referrals for additional care or services when required
• Achieves and maintains expected productivity of 50% on an ongoing basis.
• Participates in regular supervision with the manager and seeks out additional supervision as needed.
• Adheres to all applicable provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
• Adheres to the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS), Department of Public Welfare (DPW), and Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) regulations.
• Completes mandatory orientation and annual training programs; completes applicable attendance documentation.
• Provides coverage for other programs as needed.
• Performs other similar and related duties as necessary and / or as assigned.
