Required Qualifications :
- More than five (5) years of experience developing, implementing, and maintaining complex Tableau or MS Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and analytics
- Proven strong development of high-performing SQL with more than five years of experience developing complex SQL scripts (Teradata / DB2 / Oracle Load Utilities) or stored procedures
- At least two years developing complex business intelligence solutions
- At least two years of data warehouse project experience
- At least two years of Teradata experience, including SQL Assistant / Teradata Studio
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills, end-client-facing skills, team collaboration, and mentoring skills
- Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in a related field such as Information Technology / Computer Science, Mathematics / Statistics, Analytics, Business Technology
- Strong organization skills and ability to set priorities and schedule work deadlines
- Adapting to and collaborating with the team and organizational culture
- Must be available to work core hours, Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Central Time.

Developing complex business intelligence solution and supporting data strategy leveragingacquired subject matter expertise to identify / inform opportunities / risks.
Developing complex dashboards, scorecards, reports, and data analysisImprove the delivery and management of health and human services programs by utilizingadvanced analytics, including but not limited to advanced algorithms, data visualizations, and maps
Developing and maintaining complex SQL queries and scripts used to create tables, views, and datamarts in Teradata
Participating in project discussions to document and recommend alternative technical solutions orrequirements
Participating in unit, integration, and system testingMaintaining effective communication and relationships with all individuals involved with theproject
Gathering business requirements and preparing analyses based on information from internal andexternal sources to evaluate and demonstrate program effectiveness and efficiency supporting
projects and change requests
