Guest Service Team Member’s Responsibilities :  

  • Engaged in taking care of customers 
  • Set an example of friendly and efficient customer service for others to follow 
  • Serve all customers efficiently and in a friendly manner, ensuring that food is hot, served quickly, and neatly presented 
  • Communicate effectively with customers and Team Members 
  • Able to work on all workstations as required including

    • Drinks Station

    Front Counter

    Dining Area

    Drive-Thru 

  • Keep the kitchen & dining area free from litter and clean all surfaces regularly

    • Qualifications and Requirements :  

  • Reliable, dependable with a strong work ethic 
  • Team-oriented 
  • Cheerful and positive attitude 
  • Happy to serve and helping other team members 
  • Customer service oriented 
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Able to multi-task 
  • Enjoy team environment 
  • Comply with all legal and company standards concerning Health & Safety, fire safety, security, and hygiene 
  • Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule 
  • Work on their feet for several hours at a time 
  • Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene
