Employee Benefits Account Representative

General Description :

Assist Account Managers in the service and retention of clients.

Responsibilities :

• Assist Account Managers with development of employee benefit summary drafts for clients. Includes annual renewal changes, enrollment procedures, miscellaneous benefit changes and / or clarifications.
• Fulfill request for supplies from clients and for preparation of open enrollment communications.
• Request census data from clients and gather general client information from identified carriers.
• Track receipt of ID cards, booklets, and contracts.
• Request contract changes and / or plan amendments as needed.
• Verify accuracy of client plan documents.
• Prepare the account managers for employee meetings.
• General administrative support for the team.
• Develop client / carrier contact sheets.
• Maintain accurate client and team information in agency management system.
• Maintain client documents in ImageRight and share drive.
• Ensure accurate and timely response to all outstanding issues.
• Respond to requests from all partners by stated timeframes.

This is a Paid Time Off / Paid Sick Leave eligible position. 18 days per year.
