Responsibilities :

- Utilize QuickBooks to maintain and update financial records.
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure precise documentation of financial information.
- Handle invoice processing and verify the accuracy of billing details.
- Reconcile financial accounts and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare reports and summaries related to financial activities.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for easy retrieval.
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
