Job Summary :
The Front-of-House Manager (FOH Manager) oversees daily FOH operations, ensuring fast, friendly, and high-quality guest experiences. The FOH Manager leads, coaches, and develops FOH staff while maintaining operational standards, guest satisfaction, and overall restaurant success.
Compensation :
- Starting pay : $25 / hour, commensurate with experience
- Full-time position with weekend availability required
Full-time Benefits : Available for all full-time employees who work on average 30 hours per week or more.

Lead FOH pre-shift meetings and staff briefingsManage daily FOH operations including hosts, servers, and bartendersCoach, train, and develop FOH staff to ensure excellent service standardsMonitor team productivity, guest satisfaction, and adherence to 30hop standardsStep in as needed for FOH roles including hosting, bartending, serving, and expoTrack and report facility or equipment issues to AGM or GMEngage guests, resolve complaints, and create exceptional experiencesEnsure compliance with health, safety, and food handling standardsOther duties assignedRequirements :
Minimum 2 years of restaurant FOH management or supervisory experienceMust be 21 years or olderServSafe certification required within 30 days of hireAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry up to 40 lbsStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysSkills and Competencies :
