A company is looking for a Total Rewards, Senior Manager responsible for global compensation, benefits, recognition, and rewards strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute compensation and benefits strategies aligned with company goals
Oversee job architecture, salary structure design, and annual compensation cycles
Create communications and provide training regarding total rewards programs and processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of progressive experience in total rewards with at least 5 years in a management role
Experience designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs for a multi-national organization
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Workday experience preferred; CCP and / or CEBS designations are highly desirable
