UX Designer

Job Summary

The Senior Interaction Designer will focus on discovery with the business, partnering with research, and creating design concepts. The team works in a mature Agile environment including daily stand ups, scrum ceremonies, sprints, etc. While software development won't be required, having knowledge UI, including HTML/CSS will be helpful. To be successful in this role, you must have strong skills in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, while using Figma. If you only have experience with Adobe XD, we can teach Figma! The Interaction Designer must be highly collaborative to work closely with multiple teams and solid presentation skills to get up in front of the team to tell the story of your work. • 4+ years' experience as UX/Interaction Designer
• Must have experience creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Experience with Figma or Adobe XD
• Previous experience working closely with multiple teams (product, design, developers, research and business)
• Solid grasp of programming concepts and how technology influences design
• Strong communication, highly collaborative, and presentation skills
• Familiar with Agile environments, standups, ceremonies, sprints, retrospectives
• Experience with developing mobile (iOS/Android) is required
• Must provide a portfolio

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Sketch, InVision, Framer-X
• UI skills (HTML/CSS)
