Senior Director of Capture Operations

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Capture Operations to lead the Capture team and drive complex opportunities across government, defense, and intelligence sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of proposals and strategic capture initiatives, including bid / no-bid recommendations

Lead competitive analysis and develop comprehensive capture plans and proposals

Create and execute a capture process that ensures efficient and high-quality pursuit execution

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related technical field; Master's preferred

At least 15 years of relevant experience in capture management, including 8 years in full life cycle and proposal management

Proven record of leading large, complex pursuits in US government or international markets

Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and procurement regulations

Expert proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing pipelines and forecasts
