Job Description :

2- 3 years in a customer-facing role.

2 years of experience with Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred)

Manage multiple telephone lines efficiently determining the callers needs redirecting calls to the appropriate department or relaying messages as necessary.

Schedule appointments for estimate and repair appointments and organize the intake of vehicles dropped off for repair ensuring a smooth process.

Work closely with our Call Center to facilitate a seamless repair experience for our clients.

Oversee the vehicle drop-off process securing necessary customer authorizations for repairs.

Manage the front desk operations ensuring timely and effective communication with both internal and external contacts upholding a professional image.

Ability to learn specialized computer software for collision centers including CCC1 and Nexsyis and proficiency in Excel and Word software.

Execute additional administrative tasks including filing photocopying and faxing as needed.

Carry out other administrative and clerical tasks as delegated.

Qualifications

Demonstrated strong verbal communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced work setting.

Proficient in organizing tasks and adjusting priorities as necessary.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook is essential.

Physical capability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 pounds.

Expected to uphold a neat professional appearance at all times.
