We are seeking a high-level Insurance Producer with a proven track record of new business success and established expertise in a specific niche market. Uncapped Income Potential Commission is unlimited. Compensation packages are competitive and negotiable based on experience, proven performance, and growth goals. We offer flexibility including a higher starting salary that tapers as commissions grow.

Flexibility with Support Producers based near our Pennsylvania office work in person while also serving clients nationally. For producers located outside the region, we support a fully remote structure with a dedicated travel budget to engage with clients and prospects. In either case, you'll have the tools, service team, and autonomy to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for generating prospects, providing insurance solutions, and supporting the client.
• Create and maintain prospect lists of potential clients through warm and cold calling.
• Identify clients' insurance needs, gaps in coverage, and potential premium savings.
• Obtain accurate information from prospects for comprehensive submissions to insurers.
• Maintain concern for timeliness and accuracy when interacting with clients, agency, and company personnel.
• Work within a team structure to help provide clients with continued support even after sales cycle is completed.
• Perform other duties that may be required or assigned by the supervisor.
