Now Hiring - Direct Ship Milk Hauler Position.

We are looking to hire an experienced CDL Class A Truck Driver (manual transmission) with tanker endorsement for a direct ship milk hauler position. We offer competitive pay, which is based on experience and driving record.

This direct ship route runs on a 2-2-3 schedule. Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend off.

Premium pay is offered for weekends / holidays worked ($3.00 more per hour than normal hourly rate).

Responsibilities & Qualifications that must be met by applicants :

• Must hold a valid Wisconsin CDL Class A (manual transmission) with tanker endorsement.
• Must have a valid FedMed card.
• 1+ year experience with CDL preferred.
• Meet all FMCSA / DOT requirements.
• Proven solid, safe and stable work history.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Acceptable driving record and must be approved for coverage by our current insurance carrier based on major or minor violations and meet all driver MVR guidelines, FMCSA and State DOT driver qualifications.
• Operate trucks in a safe manner, obeying all traffic laws.
• Follow all OSHA, state and federal regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections before and after operation of any company vehicle, and report any faults immediately to supervisor.
• Must be able to sit and / or stand for 10 hours or more.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds without struggle.
• Must be able to climb into and out of the cab of a heavy duty truck using 3 points of contact.
• Must be able to squat or bend to a 90 degree angle at waist.
• Must have free movement with back and neck needed for driving and job duties.
• Be able to lift arms above shoulder height to wash the outside of the truck and tank / tanker.
• Follow all rules for the processing location when delivering your load.
• Keep cab of truck neat and orderly and be responsible for washing the outside of the truck and tanker daily.
• Insure that the tanker is sealed properly and current wash tag is on the tank before leaving plant location.
• Perform all additional duties as assigned by supervisor or owner.
