As a Registered Professional Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing, coordinating, planning, directing, implementing, and managing patient care throughout their stay, ensuring a smooth transition towards discharge. You will lead a dedicated caregiving team to guarantee that compassionate and high-quality patient care is consistently provided to all stakeholders including patients, families, and healthcare facilities.
