About the Unit : Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, where you'll provide care for patients undergoing complex procedures including :

• Post-operative care for cranial surgeries
• Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries
• Stroke care as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program
• High-volume cervical and spinal surgeries

Your Responsibilities : As an RN, you will :

• Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care.
• Collaborate with diverse interdisciplinary teams.
• Apply clinical judgment to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience throughout their care journey.

Mandatory Requirements :

• RN license in the applicable state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• A minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Physical Requirements : This position includes physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and assisting patients, and may involve exposure to hazardous materials.
