About the Role:

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you’ll provide hands-on support and compassionate care to individuals with diverse needs. You’ll play a vital role in helping clients maintain dignity, independence, and comfort in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care tasks such as hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Support meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed
• Administer or remind clients of medications as per care plan
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment
• Observe and report changes in physical or mental conditions
• Document services provided and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care

Requirements:

• Valid CNA certification or experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to various client needs
• A compassionate, patient, and caring attitude
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied hours
