A company is looking for a Staff Accountant focused on compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Calculate and track commissions, bonuses, and 401K contributions, ensuring timely submission to Payroll
Prepare journal entries for payroll activity, commissions, and bonus accruals globally
Reconcile payroll-related GL accounts and prepare analyses related to compensation data
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting
CPA certification is a plus
4+ years of relevant experience as a compensation-focused accountant
Proficiency in Excel, BI 360, MS Dynamics GP; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
Strong analytical capabilities
