Senior Manufacturing Manager

A leading global manufacturer of specialty chemical solutions is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Manager to oversee operations at its Northeast U.S. production facility. This organization is known for its innovative approach to product development and customer-centric solutions, offering a broad portfolio of adhesives, coatings, and curing technologies supported by advanced equipment systems.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end adhesive manufacturing processes, from reactor operations to chemical mixing and filling, ensuring alignment of schedules, labor, materials, and process controls.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations including PSM, OSHA, ISO 9001, and site-specific standards.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies to drive process optimization and reduce waste.
• Oversee operational budgets and recommend capital investments to enhance reliability, efficiency, and capacity.
• Maintain equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Enforce rigorous quality control procedures and support investigations and corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Promote alignment across departments through standardized practices and effective communication.
