Title : Family Medicine Physician - Any state license works

Positions - 2

Place of Work (City / State) : White Earth Health Center Ogema, MN

Start Date : 1 to 2 Months

Must commit for 6 months (Ideally 1 year)

Shift Hours : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM (excluding Federal Holidays)

License : Any active, unrestricted U.S. state license accepted

Certifications :

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine (ABFM)

Patient Volume : 12-14 patients per day

Credentialing / Onboarding time : 6- 8 weeks

Responsibilities :

  • Provide care in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational policies
  • Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Assist with same-day clinic coverage when needed
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families within the community

    • EMR :

    RPMS (Resource and Patient Management System)

    Additional Details :

  • Must be able to commit to at least a 6-month contract (1-year preferred)
  • Assignment may include coverage at Mahnomen or Pine Point field clinics based on facility needs
