[job_card.job_description]Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles safely and in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies. Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes and adhere to scheduled routes and customer delivery instructions. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report defects or maintenance needs promptly. Maintain accurate driving logs, inspection records, and required maintenance documentation to meet regulatory and company standards. Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and represent the employer professionally during interactions at customer locations and on the road. Valid CDL-A license. Completion of a minimum of 120 hours of truck driving school within the past 12 months. Minimum age : 21 years. Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers. Ability to pass required drug screening and background checks. Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication.

10-4 Logistics USA seeks entry-level Regional CDL-A Drivers to operate dedicated regional dry van routes. This position is intended for recent CDL-A graduates who have completed truck driving training and are seeking steady, no-touch freight assignments on a regional schedule while maintaining a professional presence with customers and on the road.
- Compensation : Projected annual pay $70,000–$80,000.
- Schedule & home time : Regional routes with two days home every other week.
- Equipment & freight : Late-model Freightliner tractors with automatic transmissions, fully equipped; dry van freight; 100% no-touch.
