Key Responsibilities :
Deliver comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care.

Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and efficient care delivery.
Practice Details :
Outpatient Office Practice
The practice is focused on delivering patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on preventative medicine and chronic disease management.
Monday through Friday, with a Saturday rotation.
Candidates must be Board Certified in Family Medicine.
Salary
Competitive, with eligibility for incentive compensation in addition to the base salary.

Experience with Epic EMR is preferred, though training can be provided for those unfamiliar with the system.
