Pay : $42 / HR

Purpose Statement
- Responsible for mechanical service calls and in-house repairs throughout facility and grounds. With some supervision will perform work in more than one of the maintenance trades including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting. Working with contractors.
Responsibilities :
Performs building maintenance as required, i.e. painting, plumbing repairs, etc.Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on facilities equipment, i.e. air compressor, HVAC system, etc.Will work from rough sketches and drawings.Oversee contract work.Maintain and update maintenance records, logs, and documentation in accordance with ISO, GMP, and company policies.Respond to facility alarms, excursions, and emergency situations, ensuring systems return to operational standards quickly. Being able to be on call and work after hours.Support cleanroom environmental controls, including pressure differentials, temperature, humidity, and particle monitoring.Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to support cleanroom operations and continuous improvement.Follow all cleanroom contamination control procedures, including proper gowning, sanitization, and cleaning protocols.Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) programs.Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in Facilities Technician or equivalent related functions.Strong knowledge of HVAC, filtration systems, and building utilities.Basic understanding of electrical, fire alarm systems and control systems.Familiarity with ISO 14644 cleanroom classifications and GMP regulations (preferred).Ability to follow SOPs and detailed maintenance procedures.Proficiency in using hand tools, test instruments, and maintenance equipment.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.Excellent attention to detail, with strong written and verbal.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school certification preferred.3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, HVAC, or cleanroom environment (manufacturing, pharma, biotech, or semiconductor experience preferred).Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and preventive maintenance programs a plus.OSHA safety training (Lockout / Tagout, confined space, PPE) preferred, complete knowledge of the job.
