We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the highest standards of service within our Domino's establishment. Duties
- Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring all departments function efficiently.
- Oversee food handling processes to maintain compliance with Domino's standards health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Coordinate services for events, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Utilize POS systems for managing transactions and reporting.
- Conduct interviews and hire staff to build a strong team focused on customer service.
- Provide training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction.
- Implement shift management strategies to optimize staff performance during peak hours.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu offerings meet guest expectations.

GM starting salary is $55,000 per year with up to 15% EBITA bonus potential and a full Benefits package.
