Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) - Microbiology

Hourly Pay Range :

$30.46 - $45.69 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Position : Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) - Microbiology
• Location : Northwest Community Hospital
• Full Time / Part Time : Full Time
• Hours : Monday-Friday, 7am-3 : 30pm, rotating weekends and holidays

What you will do :

What you will need :

Education : Bachelor's degree / Associate degree in a clinical laboratory science or medical technology program from and accredited

License : Certification : Current MLS / MT (ASCP) registration or equivalent.

Experience : Minimum of one years of laboratory experience in high / Moderate complexity testing.

Unique or Preferred Skills : Able to solve technical and interdepartmental problems related to the various Laboratory areas. Capable of identifying problems that may adversely affect test performance or reporting of results, and she / he takes corrective action or notifies appropriate supervisory personnel. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work cooperatively with others and inspire their cooperation
