Snow Equipment Operator / Salt Truck Operator

We are seeking reliable and experienced Snow Equipment Operators to join our winter operations team. As a Snow Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for clearing snow from our commercial client locations including entry roads, parking lots, and other designated areas to ensure safe access for vehicles and pedestrians during winter weather events.

Compensation : Competitive hourly rate + overtime opportunities

Employment Type : Seasonal with opportunity for year-round employment in landscaping, sweeping services or power washing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, skid steer, dump trucks and other snow removal equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow events
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of vehicles and equipment
• Apply salt or de-icing materials as needed
• Maintain accurate logs of work performed and materials used
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
