Kelly Engineering Group is seeking a

• Junior Engineer and a Senior Engineer
• to join its collaborative team in Braintree, MA.
• Junior Engineer Qualifications
• Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering is required
• Engineering in Training (EIT) is required
• Prior experience working with civil / site projects
• Minimum 3 years experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction documents
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Outlook
• Experience with HydroCAD, hydrology, and hydraulic modeling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and ability to work with team and clients
• Junior Engineer Job Responsibilities
• Preparation of plans including grading and stormwater design
• Preparation of reports including Notices of Intent and Stormwater Management Reports
• Preparation of letters, applications, and filing documents
• Assist with construction administration, reviewing submittals
• Senior Engineer Qualifications
• Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering is required
• Engineering in Training (EIT) is required
• Prior experience working with civil / site projects
• Minimum 5 years experience is required
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Outlook
• Experience with HydroCAD, hydrology, and hydraulic modeling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and ability to work with team and clients
• Senior Engineer Job Responsibilities
• Preparation of plans including grading and stormwater design
• Preparation of reports including Notices of Intent and Stormwater Management Reports
• Preparation of letters, applications, and filing documents
• Participates in client meetings
• Technical presentation skills. Presentations to clients and at public meetings
• Experience in Construction Administration, including Submittals, RFIs, and Change Orders
• Works effectively and efficiently. Monitors self-performance
• Ability to mentor, direct, and supervise Staff, Junior Engineers, and Interns
• Registered Professional Engineering License is preferred but not required

Pay : $60,000.00 - $94,039.69 per year
