Kelly Engineering Group is seeking a
- Junior Engineer and a Senior Engineer
- to join its collaborative team in Braintree, MA.
- Junior Engineer Qualifications
- Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering is required
- Engineering in Training (EIT) is required
- Prior experience working with civil / site projects
- Minimum 3 years experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction documents
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Outlook
- Experience with HydroCAD, hydrology, and hydraulic modeling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and ability to work with team and clients
- Junior Engineer Job Responsibilities
- Preparation of plans including grading and stormwater design
- Preparation of reports including Notices of Intent and Stormwater Management Reports
- Preparation of letters, applications, and filing documents
- Assist with construction administration, reviewing submittals
- Senior Engineer Qualifications
- Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering is required
- Engineering in Training (EIT) is required
- Prior experience working with civil / site projects
- Minimum 5 years experience is required
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Outlook
- Experience with HydroCAD, hydrology, and hydraulic modeling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and ability to work with team and clients
- Senior Engineer Job Responsibilities
- Preparation of plans including grading and stormwater design

- Participates in client meetings
- Technical presentation skills. Presentations to clients and at public meetings
- Experience in Construction Administration, including Submittals, RFIs, and Change Orders
- Works effectively and efficiently. Monitors self-performance
- Ability to mentor, direct, and supervise Staff, Junior Engineers, and Interns
- Registered Professional Engineering License is preferred but not required
