Distribution Associates

Are you looking for a stable, fast-paced role with a growing company? We are seeking Distribution Associates to join our team and help manage the picking, packing, and distribution of products, including general goods and consumer electronics sold in major retail chains across the U.S.

Responsibilities

Process and audit orders for accuracy and quality. Handle and audit company returns. Label products to meet customer specifications. Pack products securely for shipment. Ship orders to designated customer locations promptly. Inspect products to ensure adherence to customer requirements. Collect cardboard and place it into the compactor. Sort and count parts with precision.

Essential Skills

Prior experience in warehouse operations. Proficiency in picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. Knowledge of inventory control, counting, and labeling.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milan, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
