Charge Nurse RN - Admissions

The Terraces at Los Altos, a distinguished HumanGood life plan community located in Los Altos, CA, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Charge Nurse RN - Admissions to join our skilled nursing team. In this vital role, you will manage the nursing needs of our residents while embracing our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.

Full-time Position : $45-$54 / hr

Schedule : Sunday - Thursday - 11 AM - 7 PM

Qualifications for Success :

• Active RN license
• 1-2 years of experience as an Admissions RN
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience with RNs, LVNs, and CNAs
• Willingness to assist on the floor as needed
• Current CPR certification
• Preferred experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care
