Office Manager / Web Administrator

Location : Aventura, FL

Company : Skydell Design A Creative, Family-Owned Jewelry Business

Job Type : Full-time | On-site

Join a growing, family-owned jewelry brand! Skydell Design is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Office Manager / Web Administrator to manage office operations, handle website updates, support bookkeeping, process orders, and assist with creative marketing efforts.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
  • Maintain and update online product listings and website content
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including reconciling bank statements and maintaining records
  • Process, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication
  • Support marketing initiatives and help with social media or digital content updates
  • Run occasional local errands as needed
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or Computer Science a plus)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
  • Experience with bookkeeping or QuickBooks preferred
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy, or similar) is a plus
  • Reliable, detail-focused, and proactive
  • Valid drivers license required
  • Schedule :

  • MondayThursday : 9 : 00 AM5 : 30 PM
  • Friday : 9 : 00 AM3 : 00 PM
  • Compensation :

  • $40,000$45,000 per year , depending on experience
