Real Estate Videographer Photographer

We are in need of a Real Estate Videographer/Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in taking photographs, video, and drone footage, as well as experience in editing and creating marketing videos. Understanding the real estate sales process and compelling messaging is a must. The saying that a picture is worth a thousand words is perhaps more relevant in our industry than any other. The best visual representation of our properties is critical in order to best market and sell the properties in our portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Preproduction Planning
• Work with the sales team to improve marketing content, including A/B testing and marketing messaging
• Ability to attend multiple shoots per day and/or week in order to provide the best possible customer service to our clients
• Take quality video of all properties to post on social media and websites
• Help real estate agents stage the home during the shoot to ensure eye pleasing results
• Ability to edit and manipulate lighting, contrast and watermarks to ensure top quality videos
• Create beautiful videos of all agency listings and promote online and in print marketing so properties are attractive and sell quickly

Qualifications

• Real estate videography experience a plus, but we will train the right person
• Must possess excellent computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines
• Experience working with different lenses, lighting and video equipment
• Outgoing personality who likes working with people and can adapt and implement last minute creative suggestions and changes

Compensation

$50,000 - $75,000
