Key Responsibilities

Consult with customers to identify business challenges and recommend tailored solutions

Lead solution implementations and ensure seamless integration with existing systems

Facilitate training sessions and collaborate with sales teams for pre-sales activities

Required Qualifications

Experience in customer engagement related to process optimization and technology adoption

Strong consultative background, preferably in relevant industries such as tax, accounting, or manufacturing

Experience in business automation or enterprise content management solutions
