Key Responsibilities
Sell memberships to busy singles over the phone using a consultative sales approach
Build rapport with potential clients and assess their needs to explain membership benefits
Select matches for clients based on interviews and discussions about their preferences
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in consultative sales
Previous experience with high volume outbound calls
Minimum of two years working in a remote role
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
