Certified Nursing Assistant Lead Instructor (CNA) - RN License required

LARE Institute is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aid Lead Instructor to teach our CNA / HHA courses at our Andover location. Who's a great fit for the CNA / Home Health Aid Lead Instructor position? LARE Institute is looking for someone who demonstrates an obvious passion for the people we serve and someone who will put our WOW! Magic into action during all aspects of their work lives. A good fit will have the following experience and skills :

• Must provide extraordinary customer service while implementing WOW! Magic Principles while teaching.
• Develops, updates, and instructs course curriculum and lesson plans in accordance with LARE Institute policies.
• Oversee students while in the clinical portion of the program
• Completes and reviews monthly progress reports with students and maintains up to date and accurate student files in compliance with the regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
• Works cohesively with all team members including Instructors, Case Managers, Job Developers, and the Program Director.
• Must have a minimum of a current MA RN License
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a long-term care facility and 1 year of teaching.
• Must be able to pass a CORI and SORI. Must be approved by the MA Department of Professional Licensure and by the MA Department of Public Health.
• Must maintain a positive and professional attitude.
