Job Summary :

As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to create customized treatment plans for each patient. Your expertise will help patients to regain functional skills and adapt to their new environments, enabling them to return home or continue living comfortably. Your responsibilities will include :

Conducting initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals

Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and mobility

Providing occupational therapy interventions, including exercise programs, instruction, and education

Collaborating with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records

Requirements :

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy

Current licensure in the State of Florida

1 year of experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
