Job Summary: We are in search of a Communications Operations Specialist with a knack for data storytelling and an expert grasp on media analysis tools to join our Global Communications team. This individual will play a pivotal role in measuring our communications impact, crafting engaging narratives from complex datasets, and steering our strategic direction by highlighting and analyzing performance metrics. The role involves close collaboration with regional and functional leads to standardize metric tracking and reporting, ensuring the visibility of our communications achievements. Key Responsibilities: Own and deliver comprehensive communications performance reports to stakeholders. Manage and ensure the integrity of media analysis and monitoring tools. Analyze and report on key performance indicators to illustrate campaign successes and areas of improvement. Produce visually compelling presentations and dashboards to share the team's impact and value. Work closely with communications leads across different regions to harmonize metric tracking and reporting efforts. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in G-Suite and Cision PR Newswire. Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex data effectively. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. Industry Experience: 5 - 7 years in media metrics and reporting within a corporate PR or agency setting. Deep understanding of media analytics, monitoring trends, and best practices.
