We’re seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician who takes pride in quality work and enjoys being part of a supportive, mission-driven team.

Schedule : Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday – Friday (occasional weekend / on-call rotation as needed)

What You’ll Do

Perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep throughout the facility (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.)

Ensure resident rooms, common areas, and building systems are safe, clean, and functioning properly

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work orders efficiently

Assist with snow removal, groundskeeping, and basic custodial duties as needed

Support safety, fire, and equipment inspections, maintaining accurate records

Collaborate with the Maintenance Director and other departments to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For

Previous maintenance experience in a healthcare or similar facility preferred

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Dependable, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

High school diploma or equivalent required
