A company is looking for a Metabolic Health Nurse Practitioner (NP).

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care for individuals with metabolic conditions through telehealth visits

Collaborate with registered dietitians and physicians to create comprehensive care plans

Manage medications, order labs, track patient outcomes, and participate in quality improvement efforts

Qualifications & Requirements

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license; multi-state licensure is a plus

Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP, or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of experience managing patients with metabolic conditions

Strong foundation in evidence-based lifestyle and medical management of chronic disease

Comfort with telehealth care delivery and modern digital health platforms
