Nursing Home Administrator Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and management oversight to nursing staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  

• Oversee the daily operations of the facility, including budgeting, staffing, and quality improvement initiatives.
  

• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards and industry best practices.
  

• Foster a positive and supportive work environment by providing training, coaching, and mentoring to nursing staff and other team members.
  

• Collaborate with physicians, families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Nursing Home Administrator Requirements:

• Experience with leadership roles in healthcare administration

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Active Texas Administrator License
