Premier Martial Arts Of Fox Valley (PMA) is on a mission to impact the lives of children and adults in the Fox Valley area. We are looking for a rockstar Sales Manager who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives! In short, we need someone who is humble, hungry, and smart.

PMA is a world-class martial arts organization dedicated to empowering lives through martial arts. With over 200 locations across the U.S., we provide top-quality instruction, build confidence, and foster disciplineall while creating a fun and supportive environment.

Our curriculum focuses on self-defense and character development. We teach our young students how to respect themselves and others, be accountable, focus, and stay active in an engaging, exciting atmosphere. We empower our adult students with the self-confidence to overcome anxiety and fears in an environment that fosters inclusion and social belonging (dad bods welcome!).

Premier Martial Arts is part of Unleashed Brands, a group of best-in-class brands dedicated to helping children LEARN, PLAY, and GROW. Other brands in the Unleashed portfolio include Urban Air, Sylvan Learning, The Little Gym, Snapology, Water Wings Swim School, XP League, and Class 101.

If this describes you, read on, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Execute organic marketing strategies, including promo booths, sponsorships at local schools, and B2B affiliate programs.
  • Capture high-quality video footage of students in class for content marketing; edit, post, and promote on FB / IG, YouTube.
  • Generate new leads by attending community events, sponsored events, and networking within the community.

    • Sales & Lead Management

  • Manage and follow up with leads in our CRM system to ensure no lead goes cold!
  • Set appointments for introductory lessons, allowing prospective customers to experience our studio firsthand. Respectfully not pushy.
  • Conduct sales presentations during introductory lessons and school talks, showcasing the full mental and physical benefits of Premier Martial Arts. (No martial arts experience is required! We will train you.)
  • Close deals! A sale is made when a prospective customer signs a membership contract. And remembercoffee is for closers!
  • Upgrade Members Encourage students to advance to higher-tier programs as they grow in their martial arts journey.
  • Run referral campaigns Design and execute programs to bring in new members through referrals from existing members.

    • Assisting on the Mat

  • The students and families will get to know you as you assist in their training, testing, and fun events.
  • You can also earn your instructional black belt should you decide to lead a few classes on your own!

    • Qualifications

  • A track record of selling experience is required, membership sales highly preferred.
  • Strong competency with CRM platforms and MS Office a MUST.
  • Must be a self-starter and go-getter, and accomplish tasks with a high degree of quality.
  • Tenacity : Must be a problem-solver and achievement-oriented.
  • Must be a skilled presenter / public speaker, and be able to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings.
  • Martial Arts experience is not required, though proficiency in PMA instructional platform is expected (training provided).
  • Must be 18 or older to apply
  • US work authorization is required
  • Must complete a successful background check and periodic drug screening.

    • Compensation

    Base salary plus commissions on each sale First year on-target-earnings expected to be $50k

    High performers in PMA Nation earn between $60k to $70k / yr

    Typical Schedule :

    Monday Thurs 1pm to 9pm

    Fridays - 1pm to 6pm

    Saturdays- as needed to support promotional events
